Kerry Group Graduate Programme – Corporate Stream, Supply Chain role

 

Kerry Group, a world leader in food ingredients and a leading supplier of consumer foods is recruiting for its Graduate Programmes to start in July/August/September 2014. We have roles in Operations for candidates who are fluent in Polish and English to be located in both Poland (Olesnica) and across the UK and Ireland.

 

As a Supply Chain graduate, you will play an essential role in internal coordination between production, finance, purchasing and customer service, to ensure the operation is able to meet customers’ demands through efficient balance of materials and the finished goods supply chain. You’ll assist with the management of the Supply Chain team, improving its effectiveness by implementing relevant supply chain principles, and challenging current practices.

 

You will also have the opportunity to work on projects to ensure best practice Supply Chain roll out, while contributing to further site wide challenges and other initiatives that have impact on Supply Chain across the business.

 

Previous graduates in Supply Chain have progressed into Supply Chain Management, Operations Management and Purchasing Management.

 

Who we are looking for:

In fast-moving, ever-evolving markets like ours, we’re looking to recruit ambitious graduates:

  • fluent in English and Polish

  • You will have a degree in with a degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar degree (ideally a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management)

Kerry Group, a world leader in food ingredients and a leading supplier of consumer foods is recruiting for its Graduate Programmes to start in July/August/September 2014.

 

We have roles in Operations for candidates who are fluent in Polish and English to be located in both Poland (Olesnica) and across the UK and Ireland.

 

Operations roles:

Kerry Group’s multi-site production facilities offer Operations Graduates a dynamic environment in which to gain valuable experience running your own production line and being responsible for people management, raw materials, quality and costs. The pace is fast and within six months you could be in charge of your own production team.

 

Every day, a new set of challenges. Your area and plant equipment will need to be checked and tested. You will need to meet with your line manager to discuss staffing, efficiency and yield issues, all the while you will need to ensure your team knows exactly what is required and constantly monitor and motivate them.

 

Within six months you could be in charge of your own production team of anything up to 50 staff.

 

Who we are looking for:
